    GTPlayer gaming chair

This was purchased by my husband. He uses it every day & likes it

    Best gaming chair ever

Absolutely love this chair arrives in pieces you need to out together directions are very clear i got the fabric edition since leather tends to crack and fade rather quickly it’s very comfy I have fallen asleep in it after a long night of gaming

    Gamer boyfriend loves it.

Says he wishes it had a little more padding in the back. But otherwise he has no complaints.

    Just what I needed!

Never had a chair like this and I must say, not bad…The instructions were very simple to assemble the chair with numbered tools. Since I assembled it by myself it took a little time because this thing is heavy! Especially in one of the steps…but I did it! Also, the pull out part in the front is not SO bad. I think I need to oil it or something because when I pull it out and push it back it after use, there is some resistance when there should be a smooth glide. The small backrest pillow is supposed to help support your lumbar area and you can also plug it in for a small vibration to help your back. Just don’t expect it to do a great massage or something…the vibration power is only as much as my Gillette razor…oh well.

    Decent

The quality isn’t the nicest, but you get what you pay for. Seems to be sturdy, rolls well, easy to assemble. Not sure how long it will good up through the years, though.

    Not for adults

After four months, the chair broke. The welded post snapped off the base and there is not a way to repair it unless the manufacturer replaces everything from under the chair to the bottom base. Multiple emails went back and forth to their support person. The first shipment of replacement parts was for a completely different chair. The second time we had to take several pictures of the chair so they would know which one we had, even though they knew what we ordered. The second shipment contained some parts but not the part that connects to the bottom of the seat. After a third attempt, the part that connects under the chair was sent. The chair sat broken for over a month waiting for parts to be sent. I will say the support person was responsive and tried to make sure the chair was repaired. They have a short amount of time for a full refund. This is a comfortable chair but I would not recommend this for anyone over 150 pounds. The hydraulic post under the chair is not very big and won’t hold a grown man very well.

Very comfy, has awesome features good for gaming, relaxing, etc

This product has a leg rest, a massager, it could lean back, spinning around, it can even go up and down in height. I use this chair for gaming but you can use it for anything for example, watching a movie. So easy to assemble a kid can do it, and it even has wheels to move it around!

Sharp looking, easy to assemble, good value.

Quick delivery, well packaged, and VERY easy to assemble thanks to clear instructions, all parts (and some spares!!) in individual pockets on a single, well-labeled piece of cardboard. That could not have been better. I think the red-and-black is great looking, and the “faux-leather” (they say “faux” up front) looks close to leather. I agree with a comment I read about the wheels; they move just easily enough (on my plastic-on-rug); not overly so. Downsides: The seat is firm; I’ve sat on softer with more around-your-butt support. That said, I’m not getting sore, and I’ve been in this chair a lot over the couple of weeks I have owned it. The lumbar support pillow doesn’t work for me, so I strapped it to the top, just under the head support, and it looks great! My back is comfortable without that lumbar pillow. Summary: Keep in mind this is a $150 chair (with shipping), not at $500 (or more) chair, and I believe you will be happy with it, particularly if you like a firm seat. And it looks great!

EXCELLENT NECK/LUMBAR SUPPORT, LOOKS AMAZING, SUPER EASY ASSEMBLY

This chair is pretty good. Its easy to assemble, all adjustments are easy to use, recline, up and down, the foot rest, I don’t use. The lumbar and neck support is most excellent! I recently had neck surgery and being able to place the support pillow along my cervical spine provides tremendous relief and my neck doesn’t get as tired! So much to rave about here! It’s easy to keep clean, only two drawbacks, the seat pan isn’t as comfortable as I was hoping. My butt hurts. LOL and the arm rests don’t adjust so my feet either don’t touch the ground if Im in line with my keyboard or my feet touch and my arms are at an angle that isn’t’ ergo even a little. I find myself positioning the feet of the chair to place my feet on while working and the arms are really far out so I can’t keep my arms at my sides, instead my elbows are way out to connect. I do know a chair with arms that move in and out as well as up and down is hard to find. I didn’t look when buying this chair but that reallly is small potatoes compared to the benefits.

    Nice

Great chair , easy to assemble , looks nice , quality feels great , the only thing is that it doesn’t roll very smooth , it’s kinda hard to roll it . I do actually recommend someone to help you assemble this chair , because if you do it yourself you’ll struggle a bit , but you can definitely do it on your own , still recommend

    Great for the price

It’s a good computer chair for the price. I really like the footrest as I’m the kind of person that can’t sit normally. I usually leave it right up against the seat so I can cross my legs comfortably. The back support is a bit small and when I recline back it sits in kind of an awkward spot closer to my middle back. The assembly was super easy aside from a little bit of fighting I had to do with one of the arms, which is kind of expected and worked out in the end. My only other note is that I expected the color to be a bit brighter, closer to a bubblegum pink. It’s a bit more muted, which is fine. It still fits in nicely in my room.Overall quite happy with it.

    Great Chair!

I’ve waited a few months to make this review because I wanted to see how I’d feel after the “honeymoon phase” wore off. This was rather easy to put together, however the mechanism to my chair came a bit messed up. The knob for the Recline never stays on, it literally will not stay on no matter what I do, so I just keep it near the desk for when I need to adjust it, and pop it on and off. Not a big deal (especially because I got this baby on sale). My dad is SO jealous of this chair, as well, he’ll come sit at my desk just to lean back in it.I don’t use the vibration a ton, but it’s kept up this long and I do enjoy it. It can be pretty loud. I do wish the lumbar support was a bit firmer as it has flattened over the past maybe 2-3 months a little bit.

    It’s ok

It reclines and there is a foot rest that pulls out. The seat doesn’t have as much cushioning as I’d like. The pillow as the bottom for lumbar relief vibrates when pulled in to usb port, and feels nice if you suffer from back pain. You have to completely put this chair together including the rollers at the bottom. There is nothing that is pre put together. However instructions and the tools come with the chair.

    Fell Asleep

So I set this chair up today, I rarely leave reviews on Amazon but this chair is amazing. The assembly was straight forward and easy to build even though it took me a little time. The best thing I can say is as someone who has two slipped discs due to being in the military and almost falling asleep in it is amazing part of the comfort. Putting my legs on the rest and plugging in the USB-C to my PC for the vibrating pillow made me comfortable while working.

UPDATE: They sent replacement, – Received the wrong T-Frame

UPDATE: They are sending a replacement backrest with the correct number of holes.UPDATE AGAIN: The correct backrest arrived and I was able to finish assembling the chair. My 65lb son is the one using the chair so I hope it lasts longer than the ones used by adults in these reviews. The chair came with the wrong backrest. This one only has 2 holes, but the t-frame has 4 holes. It’s completely unusable.

Comfortable and sturdy but missing massager

Great gaming chair. I waited a few months before reviewing to see how it held up. It was easy to assemble and is comfortable. But the lumbar pillow doesn’t actually have a massage feature. You plug it in and it does nothing. There’s no way to turn it on.

    Awesome Chair

Dude. I can’t with this chair. Literally the comfiest gaming chair you can buy for this price. And to my surprise… IT HAS A MASSAGE PILLOW! Why is that not more advertised?! I bought this chair as it was rated very high in comfort for a budget gaming chair, but it doesn’t advertise itself as even having the massage pillow!!! SCORE!

    Great chair for the price

I wanted to wait a week before I did my review and here are my thoughts. For the price, this is a great chair and I’d buy it again. I work from home 80% of the time and also play Xbox at night in the same room so I use a chair A LOT. Previously, I had a cheap desk chair from Amazon that I got in 2020 when the world shut down and we were all working from home. I’ll just do pros and cons:Pros:1. Easy to assemble.2. VERY sturdy chair. Metal frame and smooth wheels, height and recline adjustments are very smooth and natural3. Vibrating lumbar pillow is a plus.4. Recline is great and feels sturdy.5. Nice to have a pull out footrest.6. Very large seat cushion. I’m a small guy and can easily sit with my foot under my leg in like a “4” very comfortably.7. Cushions on the arms are soft and great for sitting all day.8. Every function is very smooth and feels very sturdy.9. They give you some extra parts. I was actually missing a couple washers needed for assembly and found what I needed in the “extra” parts.10. Neck/head pillow is soft and comfortable. It’s very small but definitely standard for most of these gaming chairs.Cons:1. Seat cushion is NOT very soft. In fact, it’s a little too firm in my opinion. I found sitting for long periods of time, my butt getting kind of uncomfortable. I’m assuming over time it will get softer but I wish it had more of a memory foam type cushion on top of the foam. I got a cheap memory foam cushion pad for my old chair and am actually using it on this one which does help, but then that also puts your position on the chair higher. This in turn makes the lumbar pillow lower than it really should be.2. The leg rest comes out easy for me (saw some people having issues and you need to make sure the mounts are straight when assembling, they are adjustable as you tighten). However, the way the leg rest flips out to use makes it very easy for it not to stay where it’s supposed to be. If you rest anything on the inside part of the leg rest, it’s going to want to flip into it’s storage position. If you have your legs straight this is not an issue but I found this cumbersome at times.3. It gets kinda warm. If you’re sitting with shorts on or I would imagine if you didn’t have a shirt on for some reason (don’t know why you wouldn’t but you do you), your skin with start to stick to it a bit. Obviously it’s not like getting into a hot car in the summer, but just something to think about.3. Being a shorter guy I wish it did go just a tiny bit lower. My desk at home is even a little higher than some “normal” desks and it doesn’t fit under the desk even in it’s lowest position. I can make it fit, but it scrapes the arm cushions a bit and I could see that ripping them in time. Certainly not a deal-breaker, but if you’re used to storing this under your desk, this may be an issue for you as well.4. For the vibrating pillow, you must be connected via USB to a power source. I’m guessing you could use some type of battery pack but there’s also no on/off, once you plug in you’re on until you unplug.TL;DR: Great chair for the price. Seat cushion could be softer imo but function/style/stability is on point. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a gaming chair and don’t want to spend a lot of money.

    Comfortable Chair with one issue

Comfortable chair with a lot of features. My grandson was excited when he saw the assembled product. He has only been using the chair for over one month and the massage function quit working.Additional review: The manufacturer sent us a new massager to replace the bad one. Thank you!

    Easy set up, comfy

I’d give 4.5 but that isn’t an option. The set up is easy, the look is nice, comfortable, solid and everything you’ll need for a good chair. My only reason for writing the review is to let others know the “massager” I thought I was good for my low back issues is not a massager at all. It simply lightly vibrates which felt misleading. So if the massager is your sticking point, pass on this chair in the hopes for a chair with actual massaging prongs that I personally thought I was getting.

    The arms

This a great and comfortable chair. I don’t really find the leg rest useful in my day to day, but it’s a great add on. Heads up! The arms will loosen if you’re constantly changing the recline position. Since I’ve stuck to one position the arms don’t loosen any more.

    Super comfy

I really like the massager, helps my lower back. Only thing i would change is that there would be an on and off switch to the massager. Rather than unplugging to make the massager stop. Other than that i would recommend this chair anyway.

Comfortable and nice to sleep in

It reclines back far enough that if you wanted to you could take a nap in it because of how sturdy the build is. The padding is thick so it make it super comfortable and the color is a nice shade of pink

    For The Price

Really nice chair for the price … I’m used to expensive office chairs at work. So this review is based on the good about this chair in this price range.I’m 6’ tall and 240lbs … the chair feels solid at my weight. It’s also big enough at my height that I don’t feel cramped (with the exception of the foot rest that hits me about mid calf). All of the features are nice, smooth and where you would expect them to be. It was relatively easy to assemble and came with extra parts. The surface material is nice, easy to wipe clean when needed. I assume that this chair with normal use will last several years and at the point that things start to break I will probably re-buy this exact chair when that day comes given the price. It’s a value! Recommend!

Exceptional Comfort and Functionality – Perfect for Gaming and Office Work!

I recently invested in the GTPLAYER Gaming Chair with Footrest in the all-black fabric, and it has quickly become my favorite chair both for gaming and office work. Here’s why:Firstly, the comfort level of this chair is outstanding. The cushioning is plush yet supportive, providing a cozy seat for long hours of gaming or working. The lumbar support is a lifesaver, encouraging good posture and reducing back strain. The headrest is a thoughtful addition, and it offers great neck support, making it easy to lean back and relax. The footrest is an absolute game-changer. It extends smoothly and allows me to kick back during breaks. It’s great for elevating tired legs and adds to the overall comfort of the chair. The build quality is impressive as well. The fabric feels durable and breathable, which is perfect for long sessions. The all-black finish gives it a sleek, modern look that fits seamlessly into any room setup.Adjustability is key in any chair, and this one shines. The height can be easily adjusted, and the 360° swivel feature allows for effortless movement and rotation. The recline function is smooth and secure, providing flexibility for various sitting positions. The assembly process was straightforward and didn’t take long at all, thanks to clear instructions and labeled parts.Overall, the GTPLAYER Gaming Chair is a fantastic investment for anyone looking to enhance their gaming or work experience. Comfort, style, and functionality are all here, making it worth every penny. Highly recommend!

    Good Chair

Great fit, ease of assembly is best followed with Safety impact nitrile gloves, fabric is High quality but it’s leather so we all know by experience eventually it will tear away & seat will look goofy ugly, overall it has no Noise issues, the Color is true to the Label shown. The price on Amazon is deceiving from The early November sales, so they randomly raise prices & they deceived not only me but many others. Be true to yourself Amazon! I will not let any extortion of prices encourage me to go silent. Sure some will but the prices should be strict & advise customers Weeks prior before randomly raising or dropping prices. The biggest concern is Amazon ignores the reality of The people having to live a life in this economy, a deceptive sale is not reputable, let’s not waste time with pointless apologies. The chair was delivered with care. Props to the delivery driver.

Good value, comfortable, easy to install

Good chairs are a serious investment. They’re also complicated beasts. To ship to customers, they need to be sent unassembled, in many parts. Unfortunately (and unforgiveably), many expensive gaming chairs come with instructions that are confusing, out of date or just plain wrong, missing or incorrect parts, etc. This chair is a standout exception. I write tech support articles, and I was truly impressed by the thoroughness, accuracy and completeness of the instructions. Illustrations are clear and accurate, parts are clearly labeled and packaged (all the fasteners and so on come in a pack with labeled blisters for each component type, WITH EXTRA PARTS in case you lose something), and the order of instructions is optimal. Ever put something together, get to step 7 and think “Hmm, this would have been easier BEFORE step 4”? Me too. Not with this product!Oh yeah, how’s the chair? Just fine. Comfortable, adjustable enough (the armrests are not, so you may want to check the chair width to make sure that will work for you), rolls good but not too good if you take my meaning (i.e., it isn’t so frictionless that it drifts on its own). I like the lumbar pillow, and I usually find them annoying, but this one really helps. I might not recommend this chair if you’re very heavy (250 plus? guessing), but otherwise it’s a good chair and a great value.

    Awesome chair!

Took about an hour to put together, but this chair is just what I needed. I was sitting on a wicker dining chair for the longest time and it was terrible. This chair is so much more comfortable than what I had, I might be able to get back into gamedev again! 🙂 It’s a bit heavy, so carrying it up the stairs was tough after I put it together, but I love it in my room. It leans back really far and the footrest and arm rests are super comfy. I’m sitting in it right now watching TV and I gotta say it’s even more comfortable than our living room couch. It looks super cool too!

    Life-changing

This chair is life-changing. Look no further than this chair. The only downside is that I now roll it into the living room to sit on and watch tv because it is comfier than the couch but it does not match the so called ‘aesthetic’ I have been told. The manual foot rest is sensational and I added an attachable cup holder. Easy to assemble and the adjustable reclining is fabulous. Good quality at a very reasonable price. Also love the color.

Comfy and easy to set up

I love a good deal. Especially on something I needed. Old chair was falling apart and had seen better days. Yes, I bought this during prime days and got a pretty nice “discount”, but honestly think it would be worth the regular purchase price. Not leather…pleather. Ahh, who really cares about that anymore. I don’t game professionally and certainly don’t have any social media channels where I record myself doing stupid stuff all day. I do, however, like sitting in this chair for casual pc usage and just rolling it into the living room where I play Mario Kart with my kids. Wheels roll smoothly across the wood floors without leaving marks, seat and backrest have plenty of cushion, small neck pillow for hard nights grinding through Red Dead Redemption and a foot rest that slides out to rest my weary and aching bones. Oh yeah, the back reclines quite a bit and the armrests adjust with it. Have I mentioned that the lumbar pillow has a massage function? Just plug it in to any usb power source. It works but haven’t really had much need to. Instructions are easy to follow and don’t require a toolbox full of tools. I like it so much I bought another for my small home office.

Exact color. Leather feels nice. Very comfortable. Back support feels good too. It was easy to assemble. This was a gift for my husband and the height of the chair was perfect for him. He is 6’4. The only downside is that it doesn’t feel as stable as we both wished. It’s kind of scary to lean back bc you feel like you are going to fall. Also, the massage feature is not a massage. It more just like a tiny vibration 😂

    Be careful with the Arms

Had it for about two months now, and overall the chair is a marked improvement over my previous office chair. The adjustable head/lumbar supports, being able to lock the back at a given angle, and the fold-out foot rest are great. My only real complaint is the arm rests, since if you apply too much pressure while getting up/down then there’s a good chance your hand will be stabbed by the internal staples that are pointing up from the underside.I now have at least 4 puncture marks in the right armrest where the staples pierced through to my palm, drawing blood (only a little) the first time as it was a surprise. I know that seems kinda bad for a 4 star, but it doesn’t bug me that much now that I know what to expect.Haven’t had the same issues on the left as I don’t normally spin that direction, but I’m not exactly looking to try, either. As a separate note, I did replace the stock casters with a set of rubber rollerblade-style wheels as it’s on carpet. Not a knock against the chair in particular as I do that with all of mine.

    Trying it now… here’s the run-down!

Just assembled it. It is quite easy if you just review the parts. My first impression is, considering its bulk or size, it is like an internet date where you expect a 160 lb person but a 110 lb person shows up. So it is a bit thin in foam and size. The width is not as wide as a normal black foamy office chair. I myself may have preferred a chair with built-in pillows rather than the little ones meant to be placed on the chair, although they do stay in place. The pillows are small, and the seat has no front bump to keep you from sliding off during intensive gaming or TV-watching sessions. The lower back pillow straps around the chair like a backpack and slides up and down somewhat. It vibrates, if you’re into that type of thing, but you have to be 3 feet from a USB (large end) outlet to plug it in, and it has no on/off switch or controller; it unplugs from an 80s-style charger port at the base of the seat. That unplug is in an okay spot and does not dangle all the way to the floor. The controls for up/down and reclination are not easy to reach. You have to either stick your arm through the right armrest or lean way to the right and around, but they do work well and lock in place nicely. The top pillow is okay and can be moved so you can sit back and watch TV, but it does not have the comfort level for extended TV viewing. As for gaming, I am impressed. The forward position, when locked in place, keeps you at a perfect position to rest your elbows on the armrests and hold a controller in front of you while keeping your back in a much more comfortable position than most chairs, all while resting your feet on the legs of the chair above the front two casters. You can sit Indian style in any position, and tilting back allows for wider leg expansion. The leg rest is more of an accessory. If you need to stretch out your legs and rest a while, it is okay, but it is not very wide so you need to keep your legs straight. The foam comfort level is above average. The pleather vinyl indents quickly, but it is not the shiny type, so it is not too sweaty.GTPLAYER really made a great simple chair. Great for upright gaming. Okay for standard computer use. It really should only cost $20 more than a $65 office chair, so if that is what you use, stick with that. What you’re getting in addition is less but tougher foam, a separately reclining backrest with arms that pivot and move, vibration, and leg rest. Although quite a bit smaller than the picture, I am satisfied. If you type this review into ChatGPT, it will give you the pros and cons; too long to paste.I will update after 30 hours of computer use.

    Comfortable

Very comfortable chair and the instructions were easy to follow. The arm rests are an absolute misery though. They dont quite screw in right and they’re always falling apart.

    Very Good Chair

The chair was easy to put together and the instructions were clear and the parts were labeled. Feels like a good quality chair with valuable support. Not sure if it was a seller issue but it did take an extra 4 days added onto the 3-5 days that Amazon quoted. The chair is definitely a light grey and is darker than advertised in the photos.

    Comfort

I brought this chair as a gift for my son who is a gamer. He told me he loves the chair and he likes that it comes with a massager too. The only down side is it could have more cushion for your back. You just have to add a pillow for more comfort. Easy to assemble takes about 30 minutes.

    Fantastic chair for the price

I like the padded arms, the steel bottom and that the arms are attached to the back panel of the chair making it more stable. The massage pillow is useless in that it is not strong enough to overcome the amount of cushion in back pillow. I would certainly buy again.

Very simple to build and comfortable!

The chair came quickly! I ordered it on Saturday, and it arrived on Wednesday! It comes with detailed instructions and is easy to build. I got the pink version and I’m really happy with how it turned out.

    Good for the price

The chair is generally comfortable, and has the basic posture modifications. You can tilt back almost into a completely flat recline and adjust the height. This one comes with an extension for your legs like a reclining chair would have, but I was very surprised to find out that IT does not offer the option of rocking. That has always been a standard an any office or gaming chair I’ve ever owned in the past, and I was very surprised to find out this one doesn’t have it. I actually use the rocking feature regularly, so I was very disappointed to see that it’s not a feature of this chair.

Fell apart after less than a year, may be OK for smaller gamers

This chair was mostly simple to put together but not very well made. After 9 months of use. a support that was welded broke. I’m a bigger guy (250 lbs) and I do like to lean back a lot, so I’m sure that contributed to the failure, but still, when making a gaming chair, you should assume that quite a few of your customers are going to be bigger.I contacted the company and to their credit, they responded quickly and asked me to submit a picture of the issue. I did so and they issued a replacement part, but I found it so difficult to try to pry the broken part from the base (I even had a friend try, and then he and I together tried) but we could not get it off. Finally I just decided that the chair was not comfortable enough to be worth all the hassle, and got a new chair from a wholesale club. They get two stars for their quick service response, and the third star for how long the chair lasted. But I probably would not buy from this company again because their stuff breaks when bigger people use it, and also, because it was so difficult to try to repair it with the replacement parts.

    Great quality

The media could not be loaded.

The bottom pillow vibrates a little, you can’t really call it a massage because all it does it vibrate a bit, but after a long day it could feel nice, the bottom pillow is also adjustable which is nice, you can recline the seat pretty far back and lock it so that it doesn’t move, you can adjust the height, to build it, it took me around 2-3 hours it wasn’t a hard build and the quality of the build is really good, in the first couple of months it squeaks a little bit but nothing to worry about bc it will fade away after a while. Also, near the bottom of the build you can put out a feet rest to rest your feet on and it’s pretty good quality, for the price, it’s a really good deal.
