Power wire is exposed, allowing damage
Love the fountain. It’s easy to clean and quiet. However, one of my cats repeatedly pulled the power plug out of the wall, and eventually chewed the power wire in two. He has never done this to our other fountains. I am purchasing a replacement pump with the plug in wire. I plan to wrap the wire in sticky electrical tape to discourage chewing. I will also consider a child-proof outlet cover to protect the plug and keep it in the wall. A more secure design should be developed to avoid this problem.

Cats love it
The setup was a Breeze … and cleaning is very easy. I have 3 siamese cats And it took a few days for all three of them to adjust to the new water dish. but now they all love it❤️. I do wish there was some kind of a flashing light on the front of it so that you knew it was time to refill the water. I have to take the top off to look inside, which gets water on the floor or get down on the floor so I can see where the blue light line is at ! Other than that , I love it

Perfect for my cat!
I love how it looks and the blue light is a plus. This works great and I wish I would have bought it sooner! It took my cat a bit to warm up to it but she loves it now! Keeps the water clean as long as you keep the machine clean and change the filters every few weeks. I would recommend👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I took the spout of of mine but she just prefers it that way.

Super easy to clean, quiet and easy to see water level
I’ve used various water fountains for years for my cats and now for our little beagle. I’ve always tried to find ones primarily either ceramic or stainless steel which is difficult to find since many still use a lot of plastic parts. This one is by far the best I’ve tried. Barely anything plastic or rubber, extremely easy to disassemble to clean, great filtration in keeping out stuff like hair. However, if you need a fountain with a deep bowl for your dog to lap up the water, this one has a very shallow bowl. But if your smallish dog or cat loves drinking from the spout, it will be perfect for you. Our beagle does both – thus the little towel under the fountain to catch her dribble.

Love this water fountain!
We owned the plastic bowl version for 2 years. It started to leak and we were unable to find where it was leaking. Ordered the all stainless steel version and love it! No more leaks! We especially like the fountain for our cat who wouldn’t drink from the other one without a fountain and the dogs are still able to drink from the fountain. The only negative is that it’s hard to tell the level of water in the bowl even with the blue light on.

Love the product, but it’s louder than I thought
I actually have purchased 2 of these; one for my 2 cats, and 1 for my daughter’s. I’ve had mine for a little over 2 months, but the pump has gotten quite loud – I can hear it through the wall in the room next door!! I clean the whole set up, including the pump, when I change the filter. If the dish was in the same room as me, I would have to throw it out. I love this idea, and my cats love the fresh, ciruclating water; it’s a good thing I love my cats!

Solid fountain, but not completely silent
Great quality and easy set up, but the sound of the water hitting the stainless steel is louder than other fountains I’ve had. I took the flower-shaped spout off and now it’s basically silent. My cat prefers it that way too. Worth it to have the benefits of the stainless steel.

Super Quiet
Large quantity, easy to put together ( took 3 minutes ), my 3 cats love them (I bought 2) and the best feature is they are SUPER quiet. I like that when the lights go off its not this glowing noise in the background. It’s been about a week and the water quality stayed clear in both. I feel that since this is steel and not plastic, only the pump may need replacing in the future, so for the price, I feel i got a good value for money ratio with this purchase.

Update- great customer service
**UPDATE** Seller did reach out and apologize and offer a relacement or refund because it was still under warranty. Most companies wouldn’t have even bothered reaching out first to a customer so this speaks volumes about this company! They do care about the customer and they did say this usually doesnt happen with their product. I wouldn’t hestitate to try this product again!!I really like this water fountain at first but I haven’t had this but 2 months and it already stopped working. I clean it every week and change the filter when needed as well. I’ve had other fountains and never had one stop this soon

Not my favorite but could potentially become the best alternative to a plastic model we have
I bought this to replace our favorite fountain that’s still running after 4yrs. It’s been the best and was only $20 and has a really easy filter to replace w/ inexpensive replacement packs BUT it’s plastic I wanted stainless for multiple reasons. Sadly the pump only worked on this new stainless fountain intermittently and eventually stopped working all together. The surface seems to be loosing some sort of coating. When customer service was made aware they quickly responded with a welcomed solution. I’ll stand behind any product with solid customer care.

Definite upgrade
I had a previous version of this which was completely plastic and absolutely horrible to clean. This model however, eliminated almost all of the hidden nooks and folds where slime and scum built up. It is not completely steel, however, as the spout that connects the tray for drinking to the pump is made out of a sort of plastic. If you look at the current images you can find a picture showing it in the dishwasher and they have the top spout put over the piece I’m talking about. You can still kind of see the base of the plastic part in that picture. Still though, if it can be put in the dishwasher I’m not too worried about cleaning anymore. The motors for these burn out relatively quickly, a few months at most. They’re cheap to replace though, and you can buy them separately. Even if it didn’t burn out I’d consider replacing them every few months because you cannot clean the inside of them. At best you can rinse it out maybe with some soap and water.

Nice fountain but I prefer ceramic
This is a good fountain and deserves five stars but I am not a fan of the stainless steel and it needs a lot of water.I had a ceramic fountain before this which replaced a plastic fountain that was not good.My cat a Siberian is prone to chin acne and she had it this summer- in retrospect I dont think it was the fountain – another cat was here for a few weeks -probably sharing the fountain caused it.This fountain needs a lot of water and I use filtered water so that is annoying and I just dont feel I am getting it clean .I preferred the ceramic as it was evident when it need a cleaning and it needed less water.Admittedly the ceramic fountain is more work to clean but I still prefer it.

Beware! Revised
After my review, Veken customer service reached out and promptly made this situation right – they went over and above. Communication was great and they promised to look into the issues I mentioned. I look forward to future product improvements as product development looks into this.I would not recommend this fountain or even the manufacturer at this point. This was the 3rd Veken cat fountain I have purchased. At just a little over 2 months of having the stainless steel fountain, the plastic cover on the face of the pump broke. Contacted Amazon who was no help because it was just outside the 2 month return period. I have emailed Veken 3 times with absolutely no response. This is the last Veken product I will buy.

Pretty good but makes the water taste off
Beautiful, runs mostly quietly and it’s very easy to set up. My cat is normally squeamish about trying new things but she started drinking from this right away!I will say the filter seemed to make the water taste pretty bad. After the water was in it for a day my cat wouldn’t drink it anymore, and I tried it and it had a weird dusty taste, despite the fact that I had cleaned the filter already.I removed the filter and the water tastes more normal now and my cat is happy with it, but still the taste is not as good as it tasted originally, the fountain adds a slight tinge and it’s up to your cat whether they mind that.

Automatic filtration system works wonderfully
I recently purchased the Veken Stainless Steel Cat Water Fountain, and it has quickly become a favorite in my home. My dogs and cat drink out of this. My vet recommended I get this type of water bowl for my cat who has been getting dehydrated. Here’s what I think:With a 95oz (2.8L) capacity, this fountain holds plenty of water, ensuring my cat stays hydrated throughout the day. It’s great for multi-pet households, as I don’t have to refill it as often as I did with previous bowls. The automatic filtration system works wonderfully. The water circulates continuously, which keeps it fresh and encourages my cat to drink more. I’ve noticed a significant increase in my cat’s water intake since using the fountain, which is fantastic for her health. One of my concerns was noise because I keep it in the master bathroom, but this fountain operates quietly. It’s barely audible, which is perfect for nighttime use without disturbing anyone’s sleep.

Enjoying this fountain!
As a pet parent of 4 cats….i love the size of this fountain and that it’s dishwasher safe. Every two weeks I wash it and change the filter/sponge. There is a little build up on the steel but within normal for everyday use. I recommend the product as it has been useful and my cats enjoy. The only take away for the product is that I wish there was a little more gap for the water to sink in vs having to refill the whole thing…..this is all user laziness but I’ve been spoiled by fountains that I can just pour water from a cup vs lifting the whole fountain. Loving our fountain here!! 🤗

Cat is scared of the bubbling
The product seems to be well made. It certainly keeps the water cool. The problem is that my cat is scared of the top and the bubbles. I tried putting it together completely and letting it set. That did not work. So, now I am leaving off the top and using the bowl/pan open. Any suggestions?

Love the fresh water!
Although this water bowl is bigger than we anticipated we still love it! It’s so nice knowing their water is being continually filtered. We love that it’s stainless steel, though because of that sometimes it will rattle. All you have to do is just slightly adjust the top tray till it stops rattling. It does have a low hum while it’s operating but it’s not loud at all. Our cats were quite skittish of it at first so we unplugged it for a day or two till they’d drunk from it. Now they use it no problem and are not bothered by the hum at all.

Great fountains
These fountains are great, in fact, this is the second one that I have bought. It has great water flow and it is easy to see inside of with the light. It holds a lot of water and keeps it cold. In my previous fountain, I would put ice inside of it to keep the water cold (yes, I am a crazy cat lady). I love that it is all metal so no bacteria and that it has a filter on/in the pump too, not just at the top.

Be wary
EDIT: Changed to 5*The company reached out and offered a full refund or a replacement pump. Very satisfied now.Original: 2*We had the plastic version initially, and the pump died shortly after purchasing. We had bought a new pump as I didn’t want to deal with back and forth with customer service. We then bought two of these stainless steel versions as the plastic would get gunk stuck in edges and I couldn’t get it out without heavy cleaning supplies that deteriorated the plastics. We’ve had them since July and … Shocking… Pump is dead on one. I clean and replace the filters every two weeks. The cats love these things and I’m grateful for them but this is so frustrating.

Highly recommend for people with pets!
I recently got the Veken Stainless Steel Cat Water Fountain, and it’s been a game-changer for my pets! The 95oz capacity means I don’t have to refill it constantly, and the automatic flow really encourages my cats to drink more. It’s super quiet and doesn’t disturb the household, plus it looks sleek with the stainless steel finish. The filters keep the water clean and fresh, and the included silicone mat is perfect for catching any spills. Highly recommend for anyone with multiple pets or just one—it’s stylish, durable, and keeps my cats happily hydrated!

So far, so good
I’ve had plastic fountains in the past and hated them – they got disgusting so quickly and were tough to really get clean. When we got our new kittens, though, it seemed like they weren’t drinking much water. We purchased one of these fountains about 6 months ago, and after a few weeks they (and we) liked it so much we got another one so they have one on each floor.Pros:- Easy to clean (mostly)- Dishwasher safe- Holds plenty of water- Filters are reasonably priced- Motor is extremely quietCons:- The pump doesn’t come apart for cleaning. I thought that was a pro at first but I would like to take it apart every so often for a good scrubbing.- The metal of the reservoir is extremely lightweight and seems like it could dent easily. The lids and flower are much thicker, though.Overall this is a keeper!Bonus: You can use this fountain even if you don’t have an electrical outlet nearby. Since the pump has a USB connector, I stuck a small phone mount to the wall above the pump and placed a power bank in it. (I use a little cable holder to secure the excess cord so it’s not getting into the fountain.) It runs beautifully and, depending on the size of your power bank, can go up to a week on one charge. I keep two power banks and just swap one out while the other one charges.

Quiet, Easy to Setup, Only Last 2 Years
It works great, was easy to set up, and is quiet. The stainless steel makes it effortless to clean too.You will need to change the filters on it every few months, but that’s just the lay of the land when it comes to cat water fountain and cycling water. The only downside is that the pump is predicted to only last 2 years. However, they do sell a replacement pump on their website, which is nice. Please note that their website isn’t called “Veken” but rather their parent company “Aborder Products” if you are looking for one.

So far so good, just make sure you fit the tubes into each other
First, if you don’t make sure you fit the base tube over the motor tube you won’t get water coming out.For now it works great and looks good. I’ll update if it breaks down. Apparently that can happen if you ignore the water minimum line and it starts making noise. However, this is true of pretty much any motor that was meant to be continuous run and submerged in water. The water pump for your home would also burn out if it was in air. So I’ll figure out how often I need to refill it then set an alert on my phone. If I let it burn out from lack of sufficient water, that will be my fault and I won’t blame the product. If I do everything right and it stops working in the next year, that will be a fault in the product because the motor is supposed to last 1.5 years.

Easy to clean, keeps water cold, and no pump noise
Update 2: about 3 months in, still running beautifullyUpdate: not a big deal for this product in itself and won’t change my rating, but my cat is a menace and managed to knock out all the water in a night😭 one thing that could be improved though, is the durability of the mat. There’s now a few inches rip in it due to my cat’s antics :(I was skeptical about this product, but so far it has completely held up to my expectations. Below, I’ve reviewed multiple parts of the product, and I will update this review if anything happens to change. The very best part of this is the detachable parts and very few parts, which makes it very easy to clean. For the tube, you’ll probably need a little wand tool, but very easy nonetheless. The tube is plastic, so that is the one thing I would have liked to be different, such as making it metal. The pump is plastic, which I don’t know how that could be changed or not. But it’s a small price to pay though for an otherwise stainless steel product that is beautiful. The light on the fountain works as it should, but it doesn’t light up the whole water level bar equally. You can still see where the water level is at from a distance, but there’s a distinct cutoff where the light is bright and the light is dimmer that you can see in other people’s photos. It’s not a big deal to me and seems hard to make even with the way the light is on the pump – I love just having a nice light there and an area to easily see how full the water is.The tube inside really has helped me out a lot though. It sticks through the layers and connects to the pump, and this thwarts my unruly cat from knocking off the top of the fountain to make it not work as well, as she’s done in the past lol. I did see water still out of the fountain, but it was only on the mat, and that’s the fault of my cat, not this product.Another thing I’ll note is that normally my cat’s water dish is moved around in a 180 or angled sideways when she knocks water off. I can tell with how it’s positioned on the mat that it didn’t move at all, with an almost full water level, and that was great for me. She has altered the lid position with her antics, which I can tell because you can hear the pump as a result, but so far it’s easy to adjust.Something I wasn’t expecting or looking for was how well this stainless steel keeps water cold! So far, I’ve had it for about 2 days, and the water is still pretty much ice cold like how I put it in. I’m sure the running water also attributes to this. It’s very quiet. It is not silent, you can still hear some water running just a little bit, but the pump is completely silent which is amazing!Overall, very happy with this product so far. It and the mat are so pretty, and I love how easy it is to clean the fountain

Easy to clean, few parts, self-cleaning pump
Tldr: buy this product. It’s easy to clean [even by hand], there are no small parts or tight spaces you need to find a way to clean out, and the pump is self cleaning. 10/10 product. Would purchase again. I just wish they gave more filters lolAlright, yall- I purchased this after having purchased the Drinkwell Pagoda about a year back, and that thing was a mess. Too many small parts that needed constant cleaning. The porcelain/ceramic didn’t mesh well w the hard water here in my home and as a result, it became impossible to remove the calcification from the product.Even with calcification removed, the fact that I need specialty brushes and q-tips and all kinds of tools to clean it made dealing with it a complete nightmare.CUT TO OUR PRODUCT HERE… SUPERB!!! I’ve had it for close to 2 months now. The pump appears to actually be self-cleaning as stated. I find no scum or gunk clogging it when I go to clean it.Stainless steel, so it’s easy to clean and remove water stains/calcification.NO SMALL PARTS! OMG, This feature alone makes me want to buy ANOTHER ONE for my cats. I dont need special straw cleaning brushes or toothbrushes or q-tips to get into tiny hard to corners and spaces, CAUSE THERE ARE NONE!I hand wash this entire product with greate ease. The light does help me keep track of how much water is in the container, and let me tell you, it stores quite a bit of water.I liked that the pagoda was noisy. Not the motor, but the sound of running water. This one doesn’t really make any noise, which I know some people like. I prefer the sound of running water lol, but that’s okay. The pump itself is soundless UNLESS the water level is low or there is no water in the tank. So, no water = noise. Great reminder incase the light indicator highlighting water levels is not enough. The only downside to this product… the wire for the pump comes out at an angle that I’m not a fan of lol… looks a but weird and turning the product around so the wire faces the back wall bends it and eh… not a fan, but it’s not bad enough the product loses stars. That’s really just… my personal issue ig lol 😆I also wish they gave more filters, but… still no stars removed. Do make sure you order a pack within a month of ordering this product, because you will run out [they give 2 and it should be replaced every 2 weeks].Value: the value for money is ON POINT. Amazing price point for how stupidly amazing this product is compared to others on the market. But seriously. Buy it. You won’t regret it. :]

Decent Fountain but the manual shows incorrect filter placement
This is a decent fountain. If you’ve used a Veken before you know what to expect but the design is nicer, the light displays water level better, and being stainless steel it’s much easier to clean.MOST IMPORTANTLY it does a mostly decent job filtering but the manual shows the filter placement upside down. The filter is supposed to be flat side up as displayed in my image. If it’s upside down it doesn’t fit and the water runs over the top of it bypassing the filter. I’ve seen people in the Q&As say they’re blindly following the directions but you can clearly see the manual is wrong. Also I’ve seen a lot of people say they don’t need filters because they use bottled water. A) just get a filter pitcher, good lord you’re being wasteful. And B) that’s not what these filters are for. I filter my pets water too but the is water constantly cycling in a closed loop picking up animal debris and hair and dust and anything else that settles into it. The filters are made to cut down on that. Don’t expect these fountains to be a Brita.Anyway if the motor holds out I see this being a long lasting fountain with affordable filter options.Update: fountain still works great but I’ve seen complaints about how the light does little to help read the water level. You need to turn the pump around so the light faces towards the window. This feels counterintuitive to most people because the cord no longer faces the back where it feeds out but the bottom of the basin indicates this is how it should be and you can see it makes the water level readable from across the room (pics attached).

People and cats thrilled with the upgrade
I prefer a fountain to a bowl of water for my cats, and we’ve had many different styles over the years. This combines all my favorite features, and added some new ones. When we moved and lost track of our present one, we ordered this in case it took a while to find it. I’m glad I did. It’s an upgrade!I really like the flower shape on the top, and my cats seem to prefer this kind of gentle flow to drink from. Our older stainless steel one has a pool with a bubbler in the middle, because moving water attracts them. But we can’t tell what the water level is. This one has a gauge on the side. It’s easier to keep it filled and fresh.Once it got settled in , it was SILENT except for the splashing water. Which is the Zen side of cat fountains for the people in the house. I placed it near the cat grass planter. Now it’s always happy hour at their oasis. It should only be place where it gets indirect light, not sunlight, which encourages growth of things we don’t want, like algae and bacteria. We fill from filter pitchers because it’s hard water. This will also extend the life of the fountain’s pump.WARNING: never run it dry. It starts as soon as you plug it in. I filled it halfway, assembled and put the top on, and then plugged it in. The remote on the side is for the blue LED light that lets us see the level, and can be easily turned off at night.Running water draws cats to sinks and bathtubs. It matches their instincts. So having an easy care fountain, with what looks a really good filter system, means this is the best one yet. Our old one still works, and will be set up in the living room, once our move is complete.Cats like to be with us. Having water handy works for everyone’s enjoyment, and togetherness.

My wee beasties love it!
This fountain replaced a similar one made of plastic. My three cats loved the old one when I bought it, because they are all huge fans of “wild water.” When the motor in it died, they had to drink water from a bowl (like they always had), until I could find the right replacement pump. Even though they were pleased, I still hated cleaning it every week or two, because we have ridiculously hard water. It forms a mineral crust on the insides of the fountain parts and bowl. It is really hard to clean in the many tight places of the old one, and I would end up with at least one or two busted knuckles due to my arthritic hands. I really wanted a stainless steel one to make it easier to clean, but they cost so much more than the plastic ones, I couldn’t justify spending that much.Fortunately, one day I was looking at the daily deals from Amazon, and there was this medium sized stainless steel fountain on sale. It has many features the old one didn’t, and for less than the plastic one cost. Of course I clicked “add to cart!” It came with the first two filters and sponges, so I could wait a week or two before ordering replacements. It also has a USB plug for those who would prefer one, but I use the standard electrical plug.My cats like the flower-shaped fountain piece, because they can all drink from the fountain at the same time, something they couldn’t do with the plastic one. (The stream of water in that one “fell down” a waterwall.)I was not thrilled that it had a blue light in the bowl, because I thought it would annoy me, but lo and behold, there is an on/off light switch, so that problem was solved. It holds quite a bit of water as well. I fill it up every 3 days for my three big cats.My favorite thing? For some reason I have yet to discern, my cats have not played with or splashed the water outside of the fountain. Maybe because it is sturdier, heavier, or smoother than the plastic one, they aren’t making water puddles all over the floor. I don’t know why, but I don’t care. I am no longer stepping in water when I walk by it. Oh and it comes with the little mat to place under it. Nice touch, and helps keep it in place.Altogether, I am very pleased. I recommend it to any cat owner who is looking for a non-plastic fountain that will last and be easier to clean, especially if your home has hard water and causes mineral buildup.

Feels thin and cheap, BUT
Easy to clean, and the LED ‘fullness indicator’ is an unexpected pleasure. Easy to assemble.Plus, my cat now has a ‘drinking problem’ 😀 She loves this thing. She gets aggravated when I have to take it apart to clean it. Five + Stars. The add on filter pack is a good investment.

So good
I find that stainless steel is a better option for anything involving pets, this especially. Its not completely silent but i find it soothing. It does hold a lot of water however and when assembling the light has to point in the opposite direction to work. Great option overall!

Cats like it
It took a while for my cats to catch on to this fountain. I have another one, that is plastic and it has a “faucet”, where all the water pours out of, unlike this one which is like a fountain. I keep bowls of water in my bathrooms but I wanted a different kind to offer variety and encourage them to drink. Water water everywhere!…cats need encouragement because most are in a state of semi dehydration from kibble diets. What I especially like about this one is the inner blue light, so I can see the water level, since I don’t have X-ray vision that works through stainless steel. The container keeps the water very cool.

My cats and dog love this
Got this to support my cats health! It stays relatively clean since it is stainless steel. I do a deep clean once a month and change the filters. Love the light feature so you can see the water level. My cats and dog are constantly drinking plenty of water since I got this!

So far, so good!
Originally bought a cheaper version (different brand – blue plastic) and it lasted 3 months before breaking down. Got this one for a little more $ and so far it’s working great. The quality seems waaay better, it’s quieter, sleeker and sturdier. Hopefully it lasts longer.

large capacity stainless steel cat water fountain
I have been very pleased so far with the Veken stainless steel cat water fountain. Our cat is older and now consumes a great deal of water daily and was using up the water in our small water fountain and causing the pump to cavitate. This Veken unit is much larger and holds much more water so it does not run out. The water reservoir is very large. I expect the stainless steel will hold up better because plastic eventually deteriorates on the surface and becomes slightly rough so it holds slimy deposits, and stainless steel should resist this.

cat fountain
Easy to assemble, clean and refill. Recommend placing in a container- the liner provided is a nice idea, but water will eventually get under it. I bought a more expensive fountain before this one. It leaked a lot more than this one and its dimensions were unsuitable for typical containers one has on hand. I’ve yet to definitively figure out the source of leakage for these new fountains, but I’m leaning towards splash from the shallow pan design and the cats themselves. This fountain, compared to the other, has much less leakage, is stainless steel and less expensive.

Fast flow fountain
My cats have been using a fountain for about 5 years and like having access to flowing water. Thus far, they do not seem like this one. The flow rate is very fast and is not adjustable. It is also louder than the previous fountain (water flowing over metal makes more noise than over plastic.) I do like that it is dishwasher safe. I will keep trying for another week or so. If they do not start using it, I will give it away and repurchase the plastic fountain.

Stainless Steel is so EASY to clean!
We have an older Veken fountain and decided to get a newer one for another area in our house. We opted for the stainless steel model as it mentioned it was easy to clean in the dishwasher. And it is!! (Just remove the pump first!)I strongly recommend this product!

Great fountain
I had the plastic Catit water fountain but didn’t like how annoying it was to clean and I also read about how plastic can give cats chin acne. I really like this fountain a lot more than my old one. The stainless steel is easy to keep clean and the filter is easy to replace. My cat likes it a lot too. Would recommend.

Great customer service!
I purchased this fountain a few months ago and the pump recently stopped working. I reached out to the company and they sent me a new pump. For some reason it still did not work with my fountain. They sent me a brand new fountain free of charge. I will definitely use this company again.

What a great little water bowl.
This is a great water bowl. it holds plenty of water and because it is moving and filtered it lasts quite some time before you need to clean it and refill it. It is quiet and has two modes one where there is a dim blue light so you can see it in the dark and the other runs with no light, Replacement filters can be purchased and are very inexpensive.

Quiet fountain
I got this fountain for my cat who loves to drink from the faucet. It’s really quiet compared to another brand I bought and love that it’s stainless steel and easy to clean. Unfortunately my cat still won’t drink from this fountain but I’m hoping she’ll get used to it so I won’t have to return it.

Disappointed-Edited
EDITED: I received a quick and very satisfying response from Veken customer service. I wasn’t really looking for anything in return but they are willing to swap out the pump. I gathered all the parts and noticed a discoloration with the power block that plugs into the outlet and sure enough that was the problem. The pump does still work well. I just need a new brick.Set it up and it worked great. The cats loved it. Just came back from shopping and was greeted with an easily recognizable smell. The pump burned out so now I’m left with a large stainless bowl. Time to shop for a replacement but I think I’ll go with a different brand.

My cat loves!
I was hesitant to buy a water fountain at first because my cat drank out of her bowl, but she drinks so much more now that she has a fountain! The stainless steel is easy to clean. It does get grimy after a week or two, so it’s important to clean it out, including the pump. It runs quietly, but not completely silent. I personally like the noise, although it does get loud once the water level is low.

The motor started making noise after 2 months
I purchased 2 fountains on August 2nd 2024 for my multi cat household. One fountain is very quiet and I haven’t had any problems. The second fountain’s motor became louder around the middle of October 2024. The sound can’t be heard over the TV. It is very annoying at bedtime since it is in the next room.

Works well!
Came with a mat to place on the floor which I thought was very cute, works great and doesn’t leak. Also was surprisingly quiet. This will definitely help my cat drink more water!

Disappointing – Great Customer Service
I previously bought a different version of this fountain years ago and it worked for a few years consistently until it died. I was excited to get this fountain in all stainless steel so I could reduce the plastic. Unfortunately, this fountain was extremely disappointing because it didn’t run for more than 3 weeks before it stopped working. The pump lights up, but the pump does not move any water. I would not waste my money on this again.UPDATE:Changed review from a 1⭐️ to a 4⭐️ because of customer service and their responsiveness to addressing the problem. We have a new fountain and hope this one works and continues to work!

My cats like this but it’s not their favorite
I got this as a second fountain. I’m liking it more and more every day. I’ve been using the PetLibro 3.5l stainless and that one gets ~dirty~. This one less so. The cats still prefer the PetLibro, but they are creatures of habit, and are learning to like this one.One thing I don’t love is that this filter is hard to rinse, I have to set it on a plate and let the water run and it tries to float over the side of the plate like a paper sailboat. But otherwise it’s great.

Light.. almost too light
The fountain made of very thin and light metal, even if it is indeed stainless still – it is way too thin and I feel I have to be very careful not to drop it and bend it.The top part, from where water flows, is not loud – I would say the sound rather pleasant .However, I am using it for a month now and the last week or so I started to hear the pump itself – so wandering how long it will last. I also concern about the filter – very cheap, and very small – not sure how much it helps.UPD. Seller have sent me replacement pump and it runs much quieter now. Upgrading my review. Cudos for handling the issue right away

The best of all cat water fountains
I’ve bought everywhere from a $20 all the way to $150 water fountain and this one is by far the best one I’ve ever had, its simple to clean really protected from the outside no Pet hair can you get inside of it? The filters are simple to change, and there’s no little cracks and crevices where you have to try to get a little brush in to scrub. I highly recommend this fountain

Runs nice. Like it.
The pump runs great better than the previous feeder I purchased. cleans easily, good price on sale. Easily assembled. Easy to clean and fill with water.I was disappointed however due to it being delivered in own box and the sides were damaged and dented.(See pics) hence 4. Almost 3.

Clean and Easy
I previously bought the plastic version of this water fountain for my two cats and noticed biofilm building up on the surfaces within a couple days. The plastic one came in many different pieces and was hard to clean. This metal one is perfect! I currently have both fountains and they prefer to drink out of the metal one now. It takes over a week to even notice any biofilm. It comes apart in four sections and the flower fountain is very easy to clean. It comes with two filters and a mat to sit it on. The little window on the side is a nice touch as well to see how much water is remaining. I Highly recommend this for any pets.

Easy setup
Cat has not accepted the metal bowl as easily as she did the plastic bowl. Hopefully she’ll like it more as time goes on.
